Absolutely terrible experience. Before starting the work, the mechanic, Will, gave me a price for the repair. Based on HIS quoted price, I went to the bank and withdrew the cash. Once the car was finished and I went to pick it up, he suddenly changed the price and demanded significantly more money than what we originally agreed on. When I calmly explained that I was only expecting to pay the amount he initially quoted, instead of handling the situation professionally, he started calling me a liar and saying I “made it up.” Completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. If you give customers a price before beginning a job, you should stand by your word or at least discuss any changes BEFORE doing extra work. I felt taken advantage of and treated horribly as a customer. I would never return and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honesty or professionalism.

The employees are very unprofessional and argue with the customer as if they’re aren’t a business and only want to fight. They have enough parking space for customers but don’t allow them to park. If you ask them nicely for something they ignore you. I would never go again. Everyone stay away from them.

I went in for a rim repair at 5 pm on a Saturday they took like 20 minutes . It was super quick . Best service I got and very affordable . Some one came to help me quickly even though there’s a line and alot of customers . I highly recommend this place. They deserve it . I went to many body shops in Astoria thy said the rims would take a whole day and I have to wait until Monday because it’s late on a Saturday afternoon . Literally this place took 20 minutes and they are open until 10 pm . They are a life saver now I don’t have to miss work on Monday . Thank you I’ll def come back again

Used to be good. Now super slow, spent 3 hours waiting just to get one tire changed. The new guy who overlooks the tire changing n balancing is very inefficient and slow. They spent almost an hour on a car. Before cars used to be finished half hour max. The old guy was better.
